Telehealth Policy

 

As of 27/03/2024 we are changing the way we conduct telehealth consultations. A private fee of $80 applies (Medicare rebate $42.85). â€‹

 

Terms and conditions for telehealth/telephone:

  • The patient must be a regular patient of the practice.

  • The patient must have consulted face-to-face by one of our doctors in the last year.

  • The doctor will try to call you as close to your appointment time as possible, however please allow up to 2 hours in case of unexpected emergencies.

  • If you fail to answer the call 2 or more times, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

 

Please note telephone consults are at the doctor's clinical discretion, you may still be required to come in face-to-face for examination.​​
