Patients seeing the doctor for an injury at work must provide their claim number - if they do not have a claim number accepted yet they will need to pay for the appointment on the day (once the claim is accepted the patient is usually reimbursed through the insurer for any appointment fees incurred).
Telehealth Policy
All telehealth consultations incur a private fee of $85 (Medicare rebate of $45 for eligible patients). Please note that telehealth consultations are conducted at the doctor’s clinical discretion, and you may still be required to attend the practice in person if a physical examination is necessary.
